I'm a bit of a hobo at heart, I'm not particularly great at anything, but I've done a lot of things so a bit of an all rounder really. What's that old saying, 'Jack of all trades, master of none!' that's me..
My passions & hobbies include motorbikes, climbing, skiing, scuba diving & any form of travel. Then there is food, beer, wine, books, the internet, Ebay... ooh too many things to list...
For the last 17 years I've worked as a professional mountaineer in a lot of places in the world, this alone satisfies my need to travel & to see the places our very beautiful world has to offer. I've also met a lot of fab people from all walks of life & made some great friends because of that. Long may that continue...

I'm very lucky in having the support of some great family members, they look after things in the UK for me whilst I'm away having fun & I have some brilliant & tolerant long standing friends, one of whom is coming with me on this trip!! Great stuff...
This is my first time trying an off road motorbike adventure & it'll also be the first time I've travelled in the States, I can already see it won't be the last, not really fussed where I end up just so long as it was a good trip getting there!!
Dreams are good when you use them to provide a positive way forward in life!
